Initial consultation

At a time and place convenient to you Chris will meet with you to discuss your concept and/or plans as well as budget

Design and Quoting

We can provide a design service or can work with plans supplied by you.  Once plans have been drawn we will provide a fully detailed quote containing all your desired choices.

Contract and selection process

Once you have approved the quote we will prepare a formal HIA building contract as well as all necessary paperwork which will need to be lodged.  We are happy to work along with your financial provider as they gather all necessary information to approve your loan.  We will then provide you with a selection checklist outlining what choices are available for you to make and where to find out more information.  This will need to be completed prior to building commencement to ensure all your choices are allowed for and relevant time frames met.


Once council approval is received construction will commence and Marple Constructions will be on site regularly overseeing all processes.  We liaise with all trades as well as provide you with regular updates and site inspections.  We endeavour to make ourselves available to answer all your questions or concerns in a timely manner.


Once construction is complete Chris will meet you personally on site to have a final inspection to ensure your satisfaction with everything.  He will then provide you with the keys to your new home and any relevant manuals as well as answer any questions you may have.
